Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The competition is exclusively for Senior Secondary School students (SSS2) of Ijesaland and its environs.
• Participants should be between the ages of 12–18 years.
• Only students registered through schools are eligible to participate; home-schoolers are not eligible.
• Each school can register up to five (5) students.

2. Registration

• All information provided during registration must be verifiable and accurate.
• False or misleading information will result in disqualification.
• Registration is complete only after payment, confirmation, and completion of all forms.

3. Examination Rules

• Participants must present valid identification at the venue.
• Cheating, communication with others, or plagiarism will lead to automatic disqualification.
• Impersonation will disqualify both the impersonator and the associated school.
• Late arrivals will not be given additional time.

4. Conduct of Schools and Students

• Schools are responsible for ensuring only eligible students participate.
• Misbehavior may lead to penalties, including exclusion from future editions.

5. Organizer's Decisions

• Decisions by organizers and judges are final and binding.
• Organizers reserve the right to adjust schedules, venues, or rules with reasonable notice.

6. Data Privacy

• Personal data will be used solely for the competition and related communications.
• No individual data will be shared with third parties without permission.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting the registration form, schools and students confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
